It is so easy to forget to drink water for some people, including me. Just recently, started feeling run down, achy and cranky. Had forgotten to drink water for a few days. Decided to incorporate lots of water into the diet and immediately began to feel better. A Dr's visit is in order but do believe that drinking water promoted a better feeling. Did you know that adult humans are 60 percent water, and our blood is 90 percent water? Water is essential for healthy organs. This is something we all know, friendly reminders are helpful. Cheers to drinking water as it lubricates your joints; drinking water forms saliva and mucus that are helpful in digestion and keeping a clean mouth; drinking water boosts skin health and beauty; drinking water cushions the brain, spinal cord and other sensitive tissues; drinking water helps maintain blood pressure and it promotes weight loss along with many other benefits of drinking water!
