Yesterday may have been filled with undercertainty, difficult conversations, or plans that didn't unfold the way we hoped. Yet the sunrise never asks us what happened yesterday. It simply offers another chance to begin again.
We cannot always control the people around us, the choices our tribes make or the unexpected turns life takes. What we can choose is how much space we allow those things to occupy in our hearts. Letting go does not mean we stop loving. It means we stop carrying what no longer helps us move forward.
The future may not be completely clear, and that's okay. Some of life's most beautiful journeys begin before we have all the answers. What matters most is continuing to walk with hope, curiosity, and faith in ourselves.
Today, choose to protect your peace. Nurture your dreams. Smile a bit more. And remember that no one can take away your ability to begin again.

Bajo el mismo cielo...Un lienzo en blanco cada mañana
Cada mañana nos regala un lienzo en blanco.
Ayer pudo haber estado lleno de incertidumbre, conversaciones dificiles o planes que no salieron como esperábamos. Sin embargo, el amanecer nunca nos pregunta que ocurrió ayer. Simplemente nos ofrece una nueva oportunidad para comenzar.
No siempre podemos controlar a las personas que nos rodean, las decisiones de nuestra tribu o los giros inesperados de la vida. Lo que si podemos decidir es cuanto espacio permitimos que esas situaciones ocupen en nuestro corazón. Soltar no significa dejar de amar. Significa dejar de cargar aquello que ya no nos ayuda a seguir adelante.
Es posible que el futuro aun no este completamente claro, y eso esta bien. Algunos de los caminos mas hermosos de la vida comienzan antes de que tengamos todas las respuestas. Lo importante es seguir caminando con esperanza, curiosidad y confianza en nosotros mismos.
Hoy, elige proteger tu paz. Alimenta tus sueños. Sonríe un poco mas. Y recuerda que nadie puede quitarte la capacidad de comenzar de nuevo.

The Table Was Still Waiting
Sometimes we step away from the dreams we love, not because we've forgotten them, but because life asks us to tend to other things for awhile. Then one morning, with a familiar cup of coffee, tea or juice in our hands, we act on it.
The dream never left. It simply waited-patiently, without judgment-like an empty chair at a table, ready for us whenever we returned.
Perhaps that is one of life's greatest gifts. The things that truly belong in our hearts do not keep score. They welcome us back with the same warmth they offered the day we began.
So today, as we lift our coffee cups, may we remember that under the same sky, every sunrise is another invitation to continue. Not to start over, but to keep growing, one thoughtful step at a time.

La Mesa Seguia Esperando
A veces nos alejamos de los sueños que tanto queremos, no porque los hayamos olvidado, sino porque la vida nos pide atender otras cosas por un tiempo. Y entonces, una mañana, con una taza de cafe entre las manos, lo recordamos y lo hacemos.
El sueno nunca se fue. Simplemente espero con paciencia, sin juzgarnos, como una silla vacía en una mesa, lista para recibirnos cuando regresamos.
Quizás ese sea uno de los regalos mas silenciosos de la vida. Aquello que realmente pertenece a nuestro corazón no lleva cuenta del tiempo ni de las pausas. Simplemente nos da la bienvenida con el mismo cariño con el que nos recibió el primer dia.
Así que hoy, mientras levantamos nuestra taza de cafe, recordemos que, bajo el mismo cielo, cada amanecer es una nueva invitación para continuar. No para empezar de nuevo, sino para seguir creciendo, un paso a la vez, con esperanza, gratitud y propósito.

Under the Same Sky...A Cup of Coffee and the Dreams That Inspire.
There are mornings when a memory arrives without warning. Sometimes we find ourselves thinking of someone who touched our lives.
This week, I experienced one of those moments. I found myself reflecting on someone who believed deeply in the power of words and in the importance of making a positive difference in the lives of others. That memory reminded me of the dreams we carry in our hearts and of the people who believed in our potential long before we fully believed in ourselves. It also reminded me that, dreams do not move forward only when we publish a new page, write another article or check something on our to do list. They also grow when we care for our health, spend time with those we love, and gather experiences that one day may become stories capable of encouraging others.
There are times when we feel we haven't done enough. Yet life is also built during those quiet pauses. Every conversation, every embrace, and every journey enriches what we will eventually share with the world.
As I think about the people who have left a lasting imprint on my life, I feel grateful for dreams that continue to grow with patience, one step at a time. Perhaps the most meaningful way to honor those who believed in us is simply to keep moving forward-with hope, gratitude, and a heart willing to make a positive impact.

Bajo el mismo cielo...una taza de cafe y los buenos que nos inspiran.
Hay mananas en las que un recuerdo llega sin avisar. A veces pensamos en una persona que marco nuestra vida y nos preguntamos si estaría orgullosa del camino que estamos recorriendo. Esta semana me sucedió algo asi. Recorde a un ser querido que creía profundamente en el poder de las palabras y en la importancia de aportar algo positivo al mundo. Ese recuerdo me hizo reflexionar sobre las personas que, mucho antes que nosotros, confiaron en nuestro potencial. También me recordó que los sueños no avanzan únicamente cuando publicas una nueva pagina, escribimos un artículo o completamos una tarea. Avanzan cuando cuidamos de nuestra salud, compartimos tiempo con quienes amamos y vivimos experiencias que algún dia se transformaran en historias capaces de inspirar a otros. A veces sentimos que no hicimos suficiente. Sin embargo, la vida también se construye en esas pausas. Cada conversación, cada abrazo y cada viaje enriquecen aquello que mas tarde compartiremos con el mundo.
Mientras pienso en quienes han dejado una huella en mi vida, doy gracias por los sueños que siguen creciendo con paciencia, paso a paso. Quizás la mejor manera de honrar a quienes creyeron en nosotros sea continuar adelante con esperanza, gratitud y un corazón dispuesto a hacer el bien.

?Y si hoy dejaras de preguntarte:?Porque me paso esto?" y en cambio, te preguntarás: ?Que puedo hacer con lo que tengo?" La respuesta quizás no cambie tus circunstancias de la noche a la maña, pero si puede cambiar la manera en que las enfrentas. A veces el cambio mas pequeño de perspectiva abra la puerta y la esperanza, la claridad y posibilidades. Tal vez hoy no se trata de tener todas las respuestas. Tal vez simplemente se trate de dar un pequeño paso hacia adelante con fe, gratitud y el corazón abierto. Y tal vez, gracias a ese pequeño cambio, tu dia transcurra de una manera diferente.

What if today you stopped asking "Why did this happen to me?" and instead asked "What can I do with what I have today?" The answer may not change your circumstances overnight, but it may change the way you walk through them. Sometimes, the smallest shift in perspective opens the door to hope, clarity and possibility. Perhaps today isn't about having all the answers. It's simply about taking one small step forward with faith, gratitude and an open heart,. And perhaps, because of that one small shift, your day will flow a little differently.

Como el clima, cada persona lleva un tiempo diferente en su interior. Hay días de sol, cuando la esperanza ilumina cada paso. Hay días de lluvia, cuando las lagrimas limpian el alma. Hay días de viento, cuando los cambiocambios nos empujan hacia nuevos horizontes. Un gesto amable puede cambiar el rumbo del día de alguien. Una sonrisa puede convertirse en el comienzo de una nueva esperanza. Por eso hoy queremos iniciar una tradición sencilla. Cada 4 de julio, ademas de cualquier celebración persona o nacional, invitamos a personas de todo el mundo a celebrar el Día Internacional Bajo el Mismo Cielo. No se trata de political. No se trata de estar todos de acuerdo. Se trata de recordar que, antes que cualquier bandera, somos seres humano. Hoy y todo este mes, le invitamos a hacer una buena acción por alguien mas. Puede ser pequeña o grande. Lo importante es hacerla con el corazón. Porque nuca sabras cuanto puede significar para alguien que esta viviendo una tormenta.

Just like the weather, every person carries a different season within. Some days are filled with sunshine, when hope lights our way. Some days bring rain, when tears quietly wash the heart. Some days are windy, carrying us toward unexpected changes. And sometimes we experience the winter of the soul, when all we need is someone to remind us that spring always returns. At www.holaUSA.com, we believe that kindness has no borders and needs no translation. A simple act of kindness can travel farther than any airplane. A few encouraging words can brighten someone's entire day. A smile can become the beginning of renewed hope. Today, we would like to begin a simple tradition.
Every July 4th, alongside whatever personal or national celebrations people may observe, we invite individuals around the world to celebrate International Under the Same Sky Day. The day is not about politics. It is not about everybody agreeing. It's about remembering that before we belong to any nation, we belong to humanity. We invite you to do one act of kindness, no matter how big or small. What matters most is that it comes from the heart.
