"Singing connects the mind with the heart, the heart with the soul. So sing. I dare you!" ND Walsh

Did you know....According to a Finnish study, singing in a choir has healthy cognitive benefits. A group of elderly singers had better verbal fluency compared to nonsingers. The benefits of singing are many: enhances memory in people with dementia, improves lung function, improves sleep, helps with grief, may improve snoring, stimulates the immune response, relieves stress and increase pain threshold. The benefits of singing include not just the mental but the emotional, physical and even spiritual well being. Happy Tunes!
