You Are Made of Stardust.
Though the billions of people on earth may come from different areas, we share a common heritage: we are all made of stardust! What gives blood the red color is the iron content. Where did the iron come from? Iron comes from stellar fusion. Our DNA is made up of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and phosphorus. All those elements (except hydrogen which has existed since shortly after the big bang) are made by stars and released into the cosmos when the stars die. The enormous pressure inside stars is the only thing in the universe that can make it. Once that iron is made, the star itself reaches its dying phase-the supernova and all of it is released into space. Our blood comes from stars. We are made of stars!

Finland has been voted "the happiest country on earth for six years in a row." The Finnish way of life is summed up in 'sisu' a trait said to be a part of the national character. The word translates to The Finnish secret of strength and resilience. It describes the ability to push through one's limits when facing adversity and continue on against the odds. An action mindset enabling individuals to reach beyond perceived capabilities and take action against all odds. It can also be a universal trait.
Finland has long been praised by a multitude of international bodies for its extensive welfare benefits, low levels of corruption, well-functioning democracy, and its instilled sense of freedom and autonomy. Its progressive taxation and wealth distribution has allowed for a flourishing universal healthcare system, and, more than 80% of Finns trust their police force, more than many other countries.
Finland pushes for the flat working model. The Flat Working Model is one in which there are few-or sometimes even zero-hierarchal levels between management and staff. Less supervision of employees aims to promote increased involvement in the organizational decision-making, enabling more communications between all departments and teams within a business. It leads to a significant increase in workplace productivity. Overall happiness can be linked to the joy one gets from their job and Finland excels in this area. Most American companies should follow this model. The country is a remains ahead of many other countries in the happiness of its citizens. They feel safe and know the country is looking out for them with resources. Finland is a pioneer in social and economic welfare and education.
